    Monsif Beroual is a PhD researcher at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University, Fez, Morocco, Department of Political Science and Public Law. His research interests focus on analyzing smart urban control policies, and the role of artificial intelligence technologies in enhancing security requirements and protecting human rights. Alongside this, and within the framework of gender studies, he is interested in analyzing the mechanisms of biopower operation in managing knowledge and the body. He is a founding member and coordinator of "Tiwizi Lab", a multidisciplinary Moroccan research initiative in the field of gender and mental health, which works to produce scientific knowledge, prepare reports, and organize research workshops that contribute to enhancing public debate and developing scientific approches in This Field.
