Established under Law No. 120 of 2008, which are specialized courts that have specific jurisdiction over specific laws, and that jurisdiction was amended in 2019 according to Law No. 146 of 2009, which stipulated in Article 4 that the court’s jurisdiction includes some laws in direct relation to the issues of bodily freedom and sexual freedom e.g. Cybercrime Law Nr. 175/2018 and the Communication Law Nr 10/2003.
The Archive will include important rulings from the economical courts that effect the issues of freedom of Expression and Sexual and Bodily freedoms.
